Fuse box screws and nuts

I have the screws for the fuse box but not the nuts. They look like they are special and have a sealant in them? Am I wrong? Where do I get these? Looking for help...

I got mine from AMK. I can't remember if added sealer or not. I have a note that says "sealer?" next to the part number.
