Seat track roller direction?

Here's some photos I took of some seat tracks I restored.  Maybe they help.

Thanks Cody.  Yours looks different vs mine, yet your pictures help me verify that I'm placing the bearing/slide in the correct direction.

Softball question.  I'm embarrassed to ask, but could you tell me which side number one here goes on?  Driver or passenger.  Thanks buddy.

#1 Driver's side. #2 Passenger side. Once you put the large springs back on (missing in the picture) keep in mind the spring pulls the seat forward....you work against the spring to move the seat back. :alan2cents:
