For those who have done this, who does a better job on dash pads? Just dashes or one of the others ? Just dashes wants $1,250 not including shipping. Others want less than $1k but I here strange stories about who does the work and where you send it.
Just want a good product at a reasonable price and not some fly by night butcher.
Thanks,John

Your best bet is to contact @MoparDave  and get one of Ultimate Rides dashes.  IMO, they are the best and about 1/3 less than anyone else on the market.  But they do not deal with the public as far I know so you need to use a dealer like Dave.  Plus he gets the best of the best dashes since he's a big dealer.  Trust me, it's worth your time to save money on a better dash and contact Dave at Roseville.   :alan2cents:

Hope I'm not hijacking too bad but @Cuda Cody I have a dash redone by Just Dashes probably 25 years ago, just before they started doing the stitching for the 1970.  Do you know if Ultra Rides Dashes can retro-stitch on a non-stitched dash?

Thanks

I would never get a pad "re-done" I would by a new Ultimate Rides pad from David at Roseville  :alan2cents:

Absolutely nothing wrong with the current dash, just that it has no stitches, more wondering if stitching is done as the last thing in the process or would it be a complete do over.  No interest in paying for a new dash.

Cuda Cody

I would not know for sure, but my guess is they would not be able to do it based on the process.  You can check with David at Roseville to find out for sure.

The dash pad is attached to the metal portion with 11 nuts/studs, you remove it and send just in the pad :alan2cents:

So a dash without stitching can't have the stitching added later?
