Shoulder belt question.

Ok,   SE overhead...  fabric let go over the past while so took down this morning.  Something I noticed when I removed the slot to hold the front of the shoulder belt. There are two mounts that look the same,  Is there supposed to be two clips on each side?

^^ My 70 Charger had those clips for the shoulder harness... looks to be the same in yours.

 Looking at DAYLEY/CHALLENGER's photos, they helped me identify some of the shoulder belt brackets I have in a box, like the top pair in my photo for 70-71 e-body. Anyone know what the center pair and the bottom pair in my photo are from?
