vacuum connection

was able to gather up the last few items for the a/c controls at Carlisle, so my question is, where would I connect the 5/32 vacuum line in the engine compartment. guessing that originally it went on the booster intake port, but I have an airgap.  would I connect it to the brake booster, as there are 2 extra ports on the line connection.   just want to make sure I don't rob and needed vac from the brake booster

dougdel, can you post a pic of where it connects on the firewall. I pulled mine a couple years ago and now I need to put it back on. Having trouble finding the spot. Thanks.

Slightly to the left of the drain pipe and under the brake line bracket. Don't know if that's the factory correct position but that's where I put mine. The cable for the heater valve is behind the booster to the left and below the manual washer pump lines
