Hey guys,

What do you think the best way to restore a VIN tag?  I'm getting ready to do mine.  Half is painted and the rest has just peeled off.  I don't want to go sanding on it and mess up the number it needs to be done with a little more finesse.

What do you guys do?  Thanks

Dave

I just soaked mine in acetone and  all of the factory paint came off with no scrubbing.

Shot paint and did the ECS transfer.

I did that for my Cuda with no problems. Somehow with the challenger I messed up the transfer on this one and ESC was nice enough to send me another one at no charge.
