Not factory but the easiest method to get true 3-point shoulder belts.
Use Wesco seat belt kit. Very reasonable pricing. https://www.wescoperformance.com/3poresebewil.html
The pictures show the correct sizes for each piece.
XV Motorsports used to sell the Wesco belts with their logo on them.
Easy to install and work perfectly.

My 70 Cuda has one. But I never use it. I don't remember why exactly, but at the time I think people had some serious issues with the angle and it really messed up their necks when in a wreck. Not sure if its a national or Illinois state law, but their use is not required in 1970 cars. A year or so later they are.
