Needle in a haystack, looking for a previous owner.

I know my chances are slim, but i am wondering if anyone may know a William or Bill Washington who may still or at one time lived in the Miami, Florida area.

He was a previous owner of my 70 Challenger and I would love the opportunity to reach out to him.

I'm in Florida, but unfortunately Miami is a big place.  I don't know a Bill Washington, but maybe we can help find him.  Any additional information (address, how long ago did he own your Challenger, etc.)?

Unfortunately I don' t have much. No address. I believe he would have owned the car sometime during the mid to late eighties.

He sold it to a fellow in the Dallas Texas area who later moved to Florida a few years back.
