70 Challenger Lover

That's a badass car! I'd rebuild the original motor and use it. The 383 doesn't get enough respect in my opinion. I've built lots of them over the years and they can be made to melt the tires off the car if you do it right.

The guy I bought it from is in Tampa.  He has a bunch of E bodies...so did his Dad.  Not sure where the original owner lived (other than FL).  Would be really kool to track his family down and find some history on the car.

I do plan to build a 383 for it...just not the original.  I have too many friends who have blown up their matching numbers motors.  Thats the beauty of the 383.  They made a ton of them.  I am picking up a block this week.
