I didn't think the Barracuda (short) versions were reproduced, only the Cuda (long) & Challenger (long & short).

No one makes the LONG CHallenger pieces.

Jerome Verbit did 25 years ago or so.

I sold last year, probably the last known pair to exist in the world.  Brand new Verbit pieces.

Hey @ragtopdodge  LAYSON'S now has them listed (no picture) on their website  :dunno: I was following up a lead I read in their MCG ad that they now have all the E Body transition moldings
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

From their web site:

MR-71S Convertible Transition Moldings - with the wide door belt mldg - (SET) or (pair)
   71 Challenger $249.00

Are you saying it's because 70 is different than 71 ? :clueless:

They also list these:

MR-VC180P    Convertible Transition Moldings - without the wide door belt mldgs - pair Original Part # 2964 284 (Passenger side) and 2964 285 (Driver side)
   70 -71 Challenger $98.00

WITH top door edge mouldings
These are the front transition mldgs for vehicles that DO HAVE the stainless mouldings found at the top edge of the door and the quarter window. These transition mldgs then "transition" between the stainless boot clip moulding and these top stainless mldg by the quarter glass.

This section does not have any parts available specific to the Model/Year that you have specified.

No idea why if you search for "MR-71S" it shows you can buy it.

There IS a slight dif:  70 has no screwhole; 71 does.
