That wheel seems a little high on the price for what it is. Your price of $100 probably fair. I wouldn't go any lower and if you put it on ebay you might add a buy it now for a little more.

So is the 71 pebble grain the same wheel as most 72-74 base barracuda's and gran coupe's?

Does it retain the same part number? 71 compared to 72-74.

72-74 are 2 spoke, 70-71 are 3 spoke.
