Does anyone have a nice clean set of OEM gears from a Dana 60 in a 3.54 Ratio? I have a 4.10 set to trade but may consider purchasing outright. Thanks all. Please send a PM.

I have what you want but with shipping being so crazy between Canada and the USA it would likely be cheaper to buy new from Cass.  We are close enough you could drive up and get them but with the border still being closed.....    :headbang:

I never trust myself to buy used gears....it's such an involved job replacing them, that I'd rather feel assured I've just installed a good new set rather then a possible worn out used set.
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

Ha, ha: Yep. I changed the 3.54 in my HemiCuda to the correct 4.10. Drove it a week and then changed back to the 3.54. It's a lot harder than an 8 3/4. Sorry, I don't have any Dana 60 gears anymore.

I have a used set of 3.54's and 4.10's . . located by Detroit.   :bigthumb:
Drive it like you stole it . . . And they're CHASING you!

I agree. I changed from the correct 4.10, to the 3,54. I sometimes get tempted to go back to the 4,10, for the sake of "correctness". I still haven't forgotten how miserable I was, cruising on the freeway, though.

Thanks for the replies guys. I've always just heard OEM gears are better. In all my years of driving, I don't think I've ever encountered a worn out set in anything, but I suppose it possible. I've built a few Dana's from truck rears and reused the gears  without any issues. That has just been my experience. Thanks for the warning though.

Yes: I've always used original Spicer gears usually out of pickups as well. No drama.
