@TGGodfrey If you are still in need, I have these available.  Perhaps someone with more knowledge can recognize them.  I was thinking they might be the 3 inch re-pops from Year One 30 years ago but not really sure.  I am not sure on a value at this point either but I will sell them for a fair price once we determine what that is.  I took them off a set of 15x7 rallye rims which I no longer have.  I think these are the polished ones.

Yes those are the reproduction 15 x 7 trim rings as evident by the rear black teeth clip ring.
