Wanted knobs for dimmer and wiper switches

Those look like half round or D shaft clips.

Looking at the NOS knob their is just a little piece of spring steel on the flat. Not sure if the picture will show it but you could make them for those pretty easy.

Removed it from my dimmer switch for Show & Tell.
It's approximately 5/16 x 5/16 and about .012 thick. Pictured the way it slides in, flat end in first.

Definitely not easy to make when its that small. But, it certainly could be done if you are patient.
