@roadman the key to making them work I'm finding is to type the first 3 or 4 letters of the members name after the "@" symbol and then "Select" the name from the drop down lost.

                Gotcha, it worked for me and you, but @ ec_co  didn't drop down on my end,  but he got it as a message.

I wonder if it could be because of the odd character in my name (the underscore) that the pop up isn't showing? I got this last one too, did the pop up show that time?

@ec_co  as soon as I put the third character in (the underscore) your user name pops right up!  We're all learning this together!

@Cuda Cody   haha, good find! I do tech support for a living and one oddity of our usernames is that certain characters can cause odd behavior sometimes.
