bottom line under WHEELS you should have a "3" for W23 = "chrome style ROAD wheels"
in the BUILD CODES
74 = part # 2944474 (14x5.5" ROAD wheels on car)
TX8 = painted black (spare)
5 (59) = part # ?????59 (14x5.5" steel wheel spare)

didn't catch the SHAKER  :takealook: but see it now - looks like the rear spoiler is in there also!  :twothumbsup:

originally full size spare - black 14x5.5" spare wheel with the same F70-14 RWL Goodyear POLYGLAS T87

:thinking: wasn't the "barrelcuda" a T86 "white streak" F70-14 POLYGLAS car?

Ric

I put 15's on it, looks much better, gonna get a 15" rim then..  :bigthumb:

..... but all E60-15 tired e-bodies (340/383/440+6) had the "space saver" as a mandatory OPTION due to the limited space in the trunk

Yea...I read that wrong, you're correct and your memory is even better...I just check the build sheet and it was T86...

Space savers are available but make sure you know what you are looking for. Check out the various threads on here that have discussed this topic. A "Search" on here will turn up the information you are looking for. For a car as nice as yours, you will want an authentic space saver and air canister. Good luck with your search and beware of the AMC and other non-correct space savers.  :cheers:

Was this car restored in Canada by two brothers from Quebec/Miami ?
