Approximate Build date Needed

I'm building a restomod Challenger.....The car has NO fender tag, NO Broadcast Sheet, NO door VIN decal....

I want to have a door decal made and a "custom" fender tag..... VON will be RSTOMD.....

I need an approximate date for JS27N0B179204
