I'm thinking it was the best place to place the code for the Partial Horn Ring.  They had to be able to put a code somewhere and the 92 makes sense to put it there right in the horn pad area. 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like the normal 4004 wheel is used with a normal horn cap and the Partial Horn Ring was added while building the wheel?  Isn't that what it looks like to you?

Thanks for posting that up.  I forgot it's on the bottom of the sheet too.  Yes, this "92" 318 Challenger sheet has S79 at the bottom.

Here are some pictures of the wheel with it apart to show what it actually looks like. I have only seen one other, and they have to be rare. If this is not the best place for the added pictures move them where they may be easier to find.

The horn center pad and the 3 spoke padded part are the same as a regular wheel.

Do we have a code for the A93 Coupe / Deputy  Steering Wheel?     
It has a black grip instead of woodgrain.
There are smooth versions and textured versions, but that might be a year difference.

@cataclysm80  you bring up a good question.  I completely forgot about A93 wheels.  We do not have a special code for the A93 steering wheel for our decoder yet that I know of.

Here's what we have right now:

04   Standard 3 Spoke Steering Wheel w/ simulated Woodgrain
20   Rim Blow Steering Wheel
87   Standard Black 3 Spoke Steering Wheel
26   Standard 3 Spoke Steering Wheel w/ simulated Coachman Grain

There's also a smooth black wheel.
I think Doug said textured was on 1971 A93 cars.
