Mr Cuda

No bench or M21 on a convert.
The bench would have been nice though.
Had one in mine for awhile.

Nope, I added the floor shift (swapped column too) brackets and console. Buckets seats were there when bought in 1979 and after looking at some convertible fender tagsI didn't see an M21 as per everything Mr Cuda posted.

The tag you posted sure is the most bare bones one ever.

Jay Bee,  You will need to add M21 to your codes.

I thought mine was bare bones, that one has 2 less codes!
The only thing flat earthers fear, is sphere itself.

'70 Barracuda B5/B5 225 /6 3spd ... about as bare bones as they came .... now in 4spd flavor

Oh man!  I'm a DUMB ass.
Of course no M21 on a vert.

Maybe I would remember that if someone would sell me a cheap vert?  Could use that help.

No bench on verts? Were they all bucket seats?

Correct.
No bench seat (agree would have been nice) or cloth inserts either in a convertible.

Post #3 by member burdar, in the attached link, makes a lot of sense. Copied and pasted below.

While I'm sure there are exceptions, what it boils down to is that the fender tag was for the "body shop" while the bodies were being assembled.  Other areas of the factory had paper build sheets.  Generally, only the codes that required "body" modifications were put on the fender tags.  The radio code was on the fender tag because the body shop needed to know if the fender(or 1/4 panel) needed an antenna hole in it.  The "light package" was listed on the tag because the fenders needed holes for the turn signal lights exc...  :alan2cents:
