vin block decode

If I have the partial vin off my 340 block, is it possible to tell what it came out of by the plant/sequence number?
  My block's partial vin is H (must be an H as it is a 1973 340) 3B181783

I have info on a Barracuda ~50 cars later - the way Chrysler assigned VINs, it would've been:

BH23H3B181783
BS23H3B181783
or a slim chance
VS29H3B181783
