does it have the "NOTCH"?  professional parts sellers know to take pictures at the perfect angle so the "NOTCH" cannot be seen until it arrives at your front door  :drinkingbud:
people's budgets vary, but w/o the "NOTCH" the pair are probably in the $500-$1000 range  :dunno:  for some people, finding the correct parts is harder than paying for them

the "shielded" air cleaners 440+6 & HEMI were used on cars without N96, and on N96 B-bodies SOLD in CA with the N95, N96, N97 combination
