Hey all, need some advice on a 6 pack set up I have and what a fair price would be.  I have it already sold, just need to negotiate a price.  Buyer is a good guy and want to give a fair price, but also need to recover some of the money spent on this project to date.  $4,000 seem reasonable?

I have an original intake dated 11.3.69 and the carburetors listed below.  Carbs were just restored a few months back.

List-4672   1468   3512837

someone must have an opinion?

Also, not sure if the carbs are original or later production.

I'll start...seems high to me.
I'd say $2000, tops.

I have yet to see a set of unrestored carbs for less than $2500, but I could be looking in all the wrong places.  Would love additional feedback tho

Good point!  Thanks.  Guy I am dealing with wants an original intake manifold and going to use original style air cleaner.  but that helps!

A well-known carburetor builder charges $350 for just a rebuildable core body, FYI.
Unless I was working on a number's car, I would probably go with the Mancini package.  :alan2cents:

What well-known carburetor builder would that be?

Harms Auto, Scott is an expert on these and is very fair with excellent quality. That is what I get for thinking everyone here knew of Harms, sorry. :dunno:
