Just a quick question. Will a 18x10 with a +20 offset wheel fit on a stock 73 Challenger?
I know theres a spreadsheet with the sizes somewhere.

Here you go:  Wheel spreadsheet

I only captured the SAE offset values.  For 18x10s on the rear, you will need anywhere from 5.25 to 5.5" of backspacing.  The backspace amount will depend on if using an E or B body rear, offset shackles, and if aftermarket brakes are used.

:alan2cents: Best to take measurements on the car before dropping coin on wheels.

I think it'll fit I have20x10 on my challenger and satellite
There's slight rubbing on a really really tight turn hopefully that helps

I think a 10" wheel will fit with the correct backspace/offset, no matter the diameter. The kicker is what width and section ratio tire you put on there.  275 wide is safe, but you can go wider on a stock car and even wider still with spring relocation.

Thanks for the input. I'm looking at 18x10 +20 on the back and 18x8.5 +23 on the front. Tire size is 235/40/18 in front and 275/40/18 in the back. I guess i need to do some math and convert.  20 mm is 0.78 inches. So i guess the rear is 5.78 backspace. Am i correct?

Get a straight edge and a plumb-bob of some sort, pull the rear wheels and measure your true clearance from the hub face to the spring and to the wheel lip.  Cars vary from one to another and from side to side.
There are offset calculators on the web that are very helpful and can show you graphically how changing the parameters will affect the fit.

For reference, I have 18x11 with 5.5 backspacing , with the B-body width rear end /offset shackles
Tire is 295/40/18

Get the dr. diff 1" relocation brackets/shackles and re-weld the perches.

You'll get a 10" wide wheel w/295s back there easily.

6" BS w/the e-body rear.  5" BS w/a b-body rear ('68-70).
