Also beware of used parts. They can be damaged, from a car that was in a fire . No known history and the seller does not accept returns. I would pass on it and get a new set from a known company that has a warranty.

Good to know Leo.  I appreciate the insight.

In your opinion how would the MC be handled in this type of swap?  Is it as simple as getting a disc brake MC and installing?  Any issues with the pushrod be anticipated?

Have you read through the Disc-o-tech article from Mopar Action ? It goes through all of the things needed to make a stock type conversion with all factory, over the counter type parts.
It was posted by another person, here it is again.

Before you buy rotors, bearings and seals you might want to consider this modification kit to fit the '73-up parts  https://www.doctordiff.com/70-72-b-e-body-disc-brake-spindle-sleeves.html

As far as wheel size my '73 disk brake car came with 14" Road Wheels... I have seen some discussion that certain earlier model wheels were not made for disk brakes but I believe the '70 model Ralley Wheels were..  Hopefully someone with 1st hand knowledge will chime in.

Using 73 factory parts, remember that 14" was still the standard wheel size used on all E-bodys. All years.
It is best to shy away from any kind of "adapter" No matter what it is for.
It never fails to give you problems down the road.
Just do it right the first time and you will only do it once.
70-72 parts are much harder to find than 73 and up.
Post 73  were used on many, many cars not just E-body. And they tend to be more economical as well.

I had A disk brake conversion on my car that came from a company that was no longer in business. I went to DR Diff and perchest a stage one kit, Slotted rotors, spindles bearings, every thing needed to do the job. proportioning valve and MC for manual brakes . every thing looks factory, and performs well. I am vary pleased with every aspect of the deal.  :alan2cents:

Yeah I have looked at Dr Diff's setup and talked to Cass a little bit about it.  I thought it was on backorder still but see now that it is there.  No worries on ordering the spindles for me...I can always make the cash back in the swaps or selling it later.  plus I've learned having a few spare parts laying around with 2 e bodies isn't a bad thing!

I'll likely pull the trigger on the stage 1 kit here in the near future.  I just need to talk to him to see if my 71 B body power disc brake MC is ok to use.  Then I just need his prop valve.  If not ill get his.

Thanks for all of the help guys.

Hey Leo my 73 rallye is power disc brakes with stock mopar 14x6 road wheels so I agree that the 14's will fit on 73 spindles, rotors, and calipers.

@71383bee   When you get the spindles, measure the shaft for the inboard bearing.  If it is 1.25" then get 72 B body rotors and bearings.  If it is 1.375" then get 73 B body rotors and bearings from Rock auto.  The rotors are the same I think except for the inboard bearing size.
I do not know much about the MC selection.  The one I have was sold to me by another Mopar guy who used to be on this forum.  I trust his knowledge and he told me it is what I need.  I bought a brake booster from Rock Auto.

http://arengineering.com/tech/mopar-musclecar-brake-upgrade/ we matched the spindle casting numbers from the article and rest were just Cordoba parts.

1970-72 rotors run $30-50 more than the 73 and up rotors. 73 and up use a stronger bearing and better castings. They didn't make a change in 73 for no reason.
