Dodgem Doug

I just finished sandblasting my stock rear sway bar and I'm getting ready for primer & paint. My question is, can any one tell me the length of the rear sway bar end links (I don't have the old ones). I'm shopping on line for new bushing/end links and I can find the end links for the front sway bar but not the rear. Any suggestion and pictures of the installed sway bar would be greatly appreciated! :notsure:

Of course the car is 99% complete so now I'm going to install the rear sway bar.

Thanks, Doug

I've never been able to find a similar double ended one like the factory....in the aftermarket world. The repros are nice

I bought Energy Suspension links for mine, found them in stock at at Autozone. I will have to dig and see if I saved the part number info.

Have not installed them - but what I bought is Moog K8266 a while ago. I have / had? the original ones around but I think both were broken on removal. And these are not exact originals - use a bolt like the Energy ones rather than a two ended stud type thing.
Although Rockauto does not list these for '70s Cuda or Challenger application - they are listed for '60s Abody Cuda. I believe I measured the original pieces (like I said a while ago added them to an order) but what I also noted is that under Moog's list of alternate / OEM parts they do list 2535188 which is the part number in the 1974 parts book for the link shaft item 17-30-3. Just had a look and the 1972 parts book lists the same number for that item.

Can you measure the length, either the spacer length or mounting point to mounting point?

Sorry - had to dig it out first :).
See if I can attach a pic here of it loose assembled beside a ruler.
The spacer length is about 2.75".
