Seen a good local deal on some 15x7 wheels but they are 3.75 backspace and not the factory 4.5. I'm using a 245/60 and 235/60 on factory repro rallye's. If I swap tires will it fit?

How good of a deal?   Because those wheel may limit you more than help.  At those offsets, they are likely reproduction, anyway.  What are you on, now?

$300/each buys you new 15x7 wheels, with center caps and beauty rings at the correct offset.

Were they $500 for a set of 4, I may be tempted to buy them and try them out.  But unless you are mounting and balancing your own tires, there will be some expense to mount, and then later unmount, if  you're unhappy with them.
