I've installed a new Firm Feel 1.25" hollow front sway bar... replacing my 35+ year old solid/heavy 1.25" custom-made sway bar (car is still up in air without engine, suspension being put back together, etc).   However, it appears the bent ends (8" long or so?) that mate to the end links from the LCA... seem to be too long... whereby they'll have the end links at an angle closer into the LCA.   This doesn't seem correct, also, that the flattened flange of the sway bar ends will probably have to be ground a little for LCA clearance.  Has anyone observed this with a FF 1.25" front sway bar?   Maybe the ~8" extension is too long?   I am wondering if the Hotchkis or Helwig front sway bars (1.25" hollow) are the same as for end lenghts?... thereby allowing the end links to stand vertically and not be angled in towards the LCAs.    I've also just r/r the LCAs (boxed, FF Teflon/Delrin bushings, as well as reinforced the k-frame), and am using the FF adjustable struts with poly bushings.   Any suggestions, tips, etc appreciated.

I have the Hotchkis  hollow sway bar? Does this picture help?  If that doesn't help/work you could try these link kits. They work great for misalignment . I have cut them/welded to shorten before. They work pretty good. Moog-K750074
