Curious how rare are factory LCA's with the sway bar brackets ? I'd like to get a pair if they are
not too rare and expensive. (I'd place a post in the classified ads for this !)

I want to get the Hellwig 1 1/4" hollow sway bar. Hellwig has little L-shaped bolt on brackets
to use if your existing LCA's don't have factory brackets. This would be my second choice behind
finding factory LCA's with the mounts.

Any words of wisdom from those who have installed the Hellwig L-brackets ?

I can't recall the full year range, but b-body LCAs are the same, I think from '66-'74??

I just read that all E-body and 70-72 B-body are the same LCA, but that doesn't tell
the rarity of the LCA's with the brackets. I think I'll place a want ad.

Attached are pictures of factory LCA's with sway bar brackets but they have been box reinforced.

Also attached is a drawing showing how to make the brackets from steel tubing and welding them into position.  Not sure where I snagged that drawing.

I just looked up the set that I bought a few years ago that came off of a 66 satellite, this is how they were advertised. Looks like I may need to do a little double checking to make sure the filter correctly for myself.

1962 to 1972 B-body cars, Charger, Coronet, Road Runner, GTX,Super Bee, Satellite, Belvedere, and all the other B body cars since the invention of the B body line.
And also for 1970-1974 Barracuda's and Challenger's.

Thanks Brad, I sure didn't know about those weld-on brackets.
