Any tips for how this come apart to replace the bushing?  Does this shaft press out?

Lots of YouTube videos on this. You press the shaft out. It will come out with the inner collar still on it. You'll have to slice that collar and remove from the shaft. The rubber will just pry out with a screwdriver. I like to weld a washer inside the outer collar and then press it out.

There are other threads on here talking about the very same topic :alan2cents:

If you are going to use a stock rubber bushing if not the outer & inner shell is retained if you use a poly bushing

Exactly what he said.... If your gonna use Poly LCA bushings the you leave the metal shells in place... The poly doesn't come with new shells & it is sized to fit the shells not the bores so the shells need to be re-used...

FWIW Personally I don't like the poly LCA bushings, I don't feel they do a good job of controlling the fore/aft movement of the inboard end of the LCA... Also Chrysler didn't put much rubber in their LCA bushings so there isn't much to be gained.... All that said lots of guys do like them....

Use greaseable pins with poly bushing. Should outlast the rubber.

you will need to find a supply of bushings that work. I have tried 5 bushings by Moog from different suppliers and all are over sized on the pin sleeve. I'm ordering from different vendors to see if they work, if not I would go back to poly bushings.

There was/is a recall for known manufacturing defect

The new bushings have rubber extending over the flange where you press the bushing in... Those are the only ones I've found with the oversized inner sleeve....  Moog is aware of it but being aware doesn't help if you don't correct it....
