The posts on repackaging got me thinking, I know dangerous, but I risk it sometimes.  I remember when we ordered the kits, they sent 4 LCA bushings per kit. Strange, maybe that should have been my first clue.  I found 2 of them in my extra parts pile,  They are the top 2 along with the packaging they came in.  I found the 2 Harris bushings  in a pile of parts that came with another project.  They both have the same number 61195 in the rubber. ????  I have my parts man bringing me another set tomorrow, I'll let you know what I get.  And I found the other 2 bushings.  Last winter I put them in a pair of LCA's that are going in our 70 Charger :crying: at least they aren't  in the car yet.

Top bushings have a split sleeve... OE never did & Moog hasn't in the past....None I've installed have either but thats a big give away to a bushing you don't want..... Sorry you got burned but thanks for the heads up.....  So at least in this case the Harris bushings aren't the biggest POS....  But it looks like their QC isn't good either...

My Moog 791s have Harris molded into the rubber as well. They were bought from RockAuto. The inner sleeve is NOT split however.

Got the new bushings today, a pretty blue and yellow MOOG box.  Opened it up and out came Harris bushings just like the bottom ones in my last post. :notsure:

At least it doesn't have a split inner sleeve.
