I am not 100% sure if I figured the date codes out on a 70-71 E-body.
Both rivets have 3 numbers on them. The outermost rivet right side (011) left side (012)and the inner rivet right side (145) left side (078) about 4 inches in.
How do you know which is which?

The outermost rivet 011 is the year, shift and line, so 1970 1st shift and line 1... the other 012 is 1970 1st shift and 2 line
The inner rivet 145 is the 145th day of 1970 or May 25th, the other 078 is March 19th if my math is correct.

You spelled it out real nice. Made it so easy.
It fits my 610 SPD, so original to the car
Thank you Bob
