Moog K-720A upper ball joint

I dig through older catalogs to find the part numbers for items that are no longer available from those vendors.  The Moog steering and suspension parts catalog lists an alternate upper ball joint for B and E bodies, not the standard K-772.

The catalog lists the K-720A as a "High performance" and "Adjustable" upper ball joint for the same applications.  It does not explain further.  I did some searches and found two sellers on ebay with them.  But I can't find the instructions or a snapshot of the instruction sheet.

Does anyone have info on this part, its usage, what is adjustable about it, etc?
