Is there anything special about it? Can I just put a small amount of regular grease on the sway bar bushing?
Or vaseline maybe?

Energy suspension has a special grease for this , , it is stickier than honey , you cannot wipe it off

Ya, but I have a dozen different greases and was wondering if I really need to get Energy Suspension's grease or if any decent grease would work fine?
I'm seeing Brad uses NLGI2 chassis grease so I think I'll go with that.

I think sway bar poly bushings use the semi transparent silicone base grease. Hotchkis included the grease when I bought the sway bar.

I have this stuff that I bought from www.polybushings.com
I still have the little tube of the stuff in my toolbox from a swaybar kit I bought and it's almost 20 years old, they still sell the same stuff.  It never dries out and I never once had a squeak.

That's the one and only place I would ever buy the stuff
