Power Steering

Newbie here. I have a 1971 Dodge Challenger, that is now experiencing a power steering leak. I checked all the connections and cannot locate any leaks. I jacked the car up and found that when I turn the wheels hard left or right I get a steady stream coming from the bolt shown in the picture below. Any thoughts or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely the shaft seal. I think there is a youtube video on how to replace while in the car. After taking one of these apart, I would replace the seal only if that is all that is leaking and stay away from going into it completely.
