Upper control arm bushing reinforcement sleeve

When I took the bushings out of my upper control arms, I forgot to write down which bushing the reinforcement sleeve went on, but since I am going to make a new one anyways, wouldn't it be better to put them on both bushings?

The sleeve goes on rear leg of control arm. I do not think you will have room on the other side if you wanted to put a sleeve there.
