Looking at swapping out brake pads in my Viper calipers. Currently have EBC Yellow stuff pads and they suck when cold.
Looking at either this....

Thermoquites are what I've been putting in daily drivers.  Nobody has. Complained about them.  I don't have them on my vechicals yet tho   I don't know how they handle in a performance situation.  Seem ok for brake dust haven't noticed any excess.

I don't see any performance specs on rockauto links may want to see if you can find them somewhere and compair

I use Hawks Performance pads. These work great when cold and zero fade under hard braking with slotted rotors. BTW They are on my 00 SS vert and 86 TransAm.

I haven't looked but I assume they make various compounds? So which one? I ask as my only experience with Hawk pad is in circle track and they come lots of different compounds . Hard to beat rockauto's pricing too...? Not that cost is the biggest factor either.

A lot of the local SCCA and autocross guys use CarboTech pads. They seem to like them.  http://www.ctbrakes.com
