Another hole question

Under the rear seat I have 2 small holes next to body plugs, they look to be symmetrical and in front of the rear seat next to the body plug is small holes on each side, probably factory fix for water leak.

The ones under the seat seem like something should go there, anyone have ideas?

Those holes take metal plugs that are secured in place with a screw
