drip rail sealing strips

I bought these sealing strips for the drip rails, but I do not know how they go.  It looks like there are 2 rolls with adhesive backing and 2 rolls without.  Please advise.

Non adhesive between trim and roof metal. Adhesive between channel and the trim that you previously attached to the roof.

It doesn't really matter IMO.  Put it in either location.  On my 73, there was adhesive backed dense foam in both places.  My car didn't use the open cell foam(non adhesive) originally.

At the bottom of DMT's part it says exactly where they go and which one goes in each specific location.
