Need paint info for Cuda tail panel

Flat black paint coming off tail panel after gas pouring g out of fill neck so need to repaint

What type of paint, Finnish do I need to use to prevent this from happening again?

After you paint it get this from Griots Garage. Fits over the neck and I leave it on and just fold it up under the license plate. When the gas spills out it won't hit the tail panel! Part #45533 Fuel guard
