replacing package tray and trunk filler

I am replacing the package tray and trunk filler panel. they were completely rotted out so,I have no reference to go by.Do the tabs on the filler panel go on top or underneath? pics posted (if I did this right)

Those tabs are for your interior trim so you'll need them accessible.   Here's some old photos I have that kinda show the tabs.  Click to enlarge the photos.

@truckinman466  let me know if you need more photos?  I can get many more of different angles.

Also, make sure to test fit your rear window and have your trunk lid on (if you can) so you get everything to line up before you start welding it back together,
