On something like that, I just use Westleys Bleche Wite.  It takes the grime right off.  I also used it on the hood to rad seal.  I wasn't happy with the reproduction so I cleaned up the original.  It was brown from years of dust and dirt.  The Bleche Wite took that all off and it looks new.

I've used both 303 and Mothers but for slightly different applications and they both work well.  303 is mainly used for vinyl and rubber.  I've also used 303 on things like a bbq cover and it holds up to the elements extremely well.  Mothers Back-to-Black is used on black plastic trim on my other (non-Mopar) cars that sit outside -- it works well but over time, the sun gets to it and has to be re-applied every 3-6 months.
