Hey guys,

Who could tell me the size of the screw needed to fix the rear valance to the brackets?
I need four of them.

I have 2 thousand spare screws but all are metrics of course....   :pokeeye:

Thanks

If they're not 10-24's they could be metric, the parts are made overseas after all. :dunno:
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

Per an article in the February 2013 Mopar Action documenting Frank Badelson's unrestored Challenger T/A, the valence screws are #8-18 sheet metal screws, chrome, Phillips head .27" diameter with 1/2" OD and .21 ID steel washer.  They are used in the 2x10-24 weld nuts and 2x10-24 U nuts.
Frank sells a kit for this, I bought one from him when restoring my T/A as the expert shop that "restored" my car just used cap head bolts instead of the correct screws.  :pullinghair:

So what about a 1970 Cuda  ? would the hardware be the same as Frank's car?
