What best to use when cutting fender vents

What is best to use when cutting fender vents an electric auto body saw, torch or Dremel type cutting wheels?
Any other suggestions welcome.

I like the Dremel cutting wheels.  I did alot of precision cutting on my Cuda with those little skinny cut off wheels.  Even did the antenna hole and cleaned it up with the barrel sander on the Dremel.  Scribe them out nice, go slow and cut close to your scribed lines. Then a little careful cleanup with a Dremel grinding wheel and the holes will be perfect.

I'm almost afraid to ask: What is your gutsier method?

I use a carbide in a die grinder for the corners and a zip wheel and an air grinder. They will wreck stuff fast unless you've got an iron grip on them though.

The Dremel 426 Cut-off wheels don't last as long as the DREMEL EZ Lock cutting discs. Get more cuts, faster cuts and easier to change cut-off wheels.

Coincidentally, a month ago I bought the Dremel EZ quick change system at Lowe's.

Just going to wait while I get the guts to go through with it  or find someone near by that has experience and more skill.

   Air tools are much more forgiving than power tools when it comes to torque.
   Sheet metal Air cutting Tools = High RPM - low torque.
   Electric Power tools = Lower RPM - Much more torque.
   Dremels certainly have their place.... But their tiny bits dont last....
                       But you guys know this.

Dremel with EZ Lock cutoff wheels and grinding wheels are what I used above.  I also used some mini files for final cleanup.    I also used it to grind factory spotwelds on a few tight spots on my tail panel, trunk pan and wheelhousings.  Worked perfectly where I couldn't reach to drill out the spotwelds. You do need to get used to the high speed and have some patience.  You'll go through the discs frequently but overall it will do an excellent job for you.
