:help: This is a request for a little help at the show this year. Mary and I have been tasked with helping out with the club activities again this year. We will be bringing Mary's new Charger to the show this year. That means I will not have the extra storage of the trailer for supplies with us this time.

We will try to have drinks again for anyone who needs something. However we will be very limited with supplies. Any one that can bring an extra table, extra chairs or anything else you think we will need will be welcomed.

We will be bringing coolers with some drinks, some table cloths, paper (or plastic) plates and silverware for our lunch and our pizza party. And if we have room maybe a small table and some chairs. But that's about all that is going to fit this time.

So if you can help out this year, just post here what you can bring or help with.

 :welcome:
Any newcomers this year, please come by the club tent and introduce yourself.

We are all looking forward to another great year.  :grouphug:

I'll do whatever I can.
Don't really have the means for the tables.
Could bring along some fabric folding chairs.  Let me know.
Be glad to grab the pizza for the parking lot party on Saturday evening.
Dave and Dave, feel free to message me if you have specifics I can help with.

Looks like the tent is in a different location this year.  Not far from where it was before but the ebodies location has moved.  Must have enough cars now to fill those rows.

Thanks @cuda hunter Looks like we should just need ice Friday and Saturday and some extra snacks for Saturday lunch. If any one can think of something I'm missing, please feel free to post here or just bring that something with you.

Oh, I almost forgot we have one of the club banners we are bringing also.

Chris and I will be happy to help or bring some stuff if needed, however we are just coming out in our newer challenger this year.

Awesome  :bigthumb:

Seems like every year we can use ice a few times per day. If a few people will volunteer to get some ice and bring it back to the tent, that will be a big help. When it comes time to get ready for lunch at the tent, a few volunteers to help set up, and then help clean would also be great.

We will have the plates, napkins, cups, and cutlery, but not much of the extras. Anyone that can bring the extra stuff like mustard, ketchup, mayo, well you know what you like so please bring it.

Ice can be purchased up at the food court from one or two of the food vendors on site.  The bags of ice are actually larger than what the convenience stores sell and price wise is no worse.  The Karns Grocery store up on the corner of Spring Rd and Calvary Rd has the best price on the largest bags of ice for those coming in from that direction.

Carlisle Events rents out tables and chairs for a modest price.  I know that we rent a couple tables and chairs for our vendor's tent from our tent company and the pricing is reasonable.  Maybe put a "tip jar" out to cover the cost of a table or two and couple of chairs so that convenience outweighs the cost.
www.restorationpartsandmaterials.com  Mopar weatherstripping is our specialty, but we offer a wide assortment of restoration products.

We know where to get the ice. We just need someone to walk up, get it and carry it back to the tent.

If just a few people can bring an extra chair or 2 or a table, then we don't need to rent anything more. Come on everyone we got this.

I would be glad to bring ice up when needed.
Just need to be told when to do so as I am always walking around the swap vendor spots.
A couple fold out chairs won't be a big deal to bring either.  I think I have 5 or 6.

Where do they sell the ice at the fairgrounds and is it reasonably priced?

Just under the grand stand several of the food venders have bagged ice. I will try to bring our wagon if it will fit. That will make carrying stuff easy. I'm just not sure if we will have room yet.

I'll have my wagon to haul ice and help out. Both days this year.
