The gauges and speedometer are not correct for a 1970.

not so fast ........

Challengers had an OPTIONAL wood grain dash "J64" it was also part of the "A91" Western Sport Special package

but since the woodgrain for the STANDARD dash required the Barracuda's flat gauge face VS. the Challenger's ribbed face, it appears they also used the Barracuda speedometer ??? the gauges do look miss-matched with this set-up

:takealook:  lots of parts have been mixed & matched over the decades. so what is correct in this car's dash  the woodgrain, the gauges, or neither

this, on the other hand, is custom - 318 convertible Challenger also listed in the found for sale section

I knew you could get the Cuda gauge face on a WSS Challenger.  I looked at the link but didn't see anything about it being a WSS though.  What were the available WSS engines?  I know more and more 340 cars are being found.  I thought most were 318 cars.

I'm very close to Toddville but have never seen this car.

The woodgrain on the standard dash is a BIG plus for me.  :alan2cents:

I agree, the wood grain on the cyclops looks pretty cool and would make that cyclops not look so bad really.

I love the look and colour of this car.  Unassuming and classy.

I think That's a pretty decent deal for a big block E body.  Making it a 4 bbl with dual exhaust is a + in my book.  Actually surprising it's still has a flat hood and is not dressed as an R/T.

I like it.
