What is a special handling car? No Vin numbers?

More knowledgeable people on here than me but I believe it means it was processed or handled differently on the assy line . Like a special paint code or police, taxis etc...

"Looks" like a nice driver for the money? Being in/from CA I would expect it to be pretty solid rust wise?

The fender tag has no vin numbers. May be only at the dash pad?

The " Special handling" tag was a second or third possibly tag . The first tag would have had the vin number on it.  This car seems to be missing the fender tag or maybe it never got put back on after paint work?

That tag could have come from any number of other cars and not that one. You can buy them quite easily.

Not original to the car.

would love to see an ebody with a special handling tag that has it's standard fender tag and a build sheet.
