TA Project for sale in Canada

I spoke with the owner tonight, very nice guy. He bought a bunch of cars from the states. This one came from Michigan and he bought it as we see it. Has some parts like a TA motor, no numbers drive train. I was hoping it was under 30 and I would have a chance to own a TA but he is asking 65,000 for it. He has a very solid 71 barracuda but wants 30 or 35k for it I cant remember. Has a shaker hood but not sure what else. Originally  a BH23C.

That would be 50K US...
Quite expensive for an unfinished car, for the trouble to finish (Accepting what could be hidden under fresh paint), missing parts, etc.. might as well get a finished car!
