VIN is JS23U0B..........

No nothing has been changed to my knowledge maybe the wheels and of course I just put tires on it so I could move it.  Yes it has been in the south its entire life but it was kept in a non climate controlled garage for the last 40+ years so there is some surface rust underneath the chassis and I believe some in the trunk

I'm not sure that I've ever seen a steering wheel quite like that. Two ways to use the horn?

yes the silver 1/2 ring will actuate the horn as well as the center.

As I said its been in a garage for the last 40+ years untouched.

This is the fender tag.....

Not an SE, judging by the lack of moldings on hood edge and no carpet at bottom of door panels.
If it cleans up nice, and has good documentation, broadcast sheet, fender tag, etc... it could be a 40-45K to the right buyer... it's a nice color combo that appeals to most people.

surprisingly plain options on the fender tag.

A build sheet would help the value for sure.

Certainly looks original--I would clean it up inside and out as best I could and then get some good photo's inside and out from every angle to get a accurate idea. Shiny paint and clean interior does wonders for price.

JS29 would be an RT SE.

Hard to read, but when I blow-up the fender tag pic, sure looks like JS23 to me, which as we know is not an RT/SE.

Why all the questions about it being an R/T SE... The owner/original poster never said anything about an R/T SE...  ratroaster asked if it was an R/T SE & clearly its not...

Cool car, no way I'd sell it but you gotta do what's right for you & your family...

Maybe $30k as it sits. With proper cleaning and getting it driveable it could be $50k. Again just a WAG.

hopefully you kept the original tires, what's the exterior paint look like?

the exterior paint & interior would have to be in great presentable shape to get the "survivor crowd" excited, condition is everything & 50 year old white seats are tough

IMO it's one of those cars stuck in the middle
missing the WOW! factor except for the 13K miles & the radio "delete" (is that "V68" stripe "delete"?)

low on the OPTION totem pole: 440HP, auto, vinyl top, power steering, power drum brakes, console, dual chrome racing mirrors, pedal dress-up, partial horn ring (& hopefully a sure-grip & blue wheels?)
