2 speed wiper motor

Does anyone have any information on 2 speed wiper motors? I have one from a 1970 car but can't find a part number on it anywhere. (Crank arm has a part number). Where do you find a date code? There is no tag on it (or most for that matter). Is there a way to bench test it? And last question what is it worth? (I have a potential buyer). Any help here is appreciated.

The part number and date code are located on a tag (if still present)


and the tag is held in place by the screw holding the ballast resister and/or grounding strap.
