Brake pedal mounting bracket

I can't tell the difference between the 1970 brake pedal mounting bracket version and the bracket from 71-74. I understand the difference between the manual brake and power brake version is the studs. But if I just focus on the manual brake version which has a different part number in 1970 vs 71 through 74, I don't know what is the change. Does anyone have insight here?

There may be some slight differences but they will all interchange 1970-74
